Linguiça Sausage Seasoning from the Charcuterie Collection by Merchant Spice Co.

Linguiça is a very flavorful pork sausage from Portugal that can be eaten in rice dishes, with potatoes and stews, for breakfast or on a bun. Turkey can also be used as well as wine, if preferred.

To use, simply add 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of sausage seasoning per pound of meat. Fry a small portion to taste for salt and seasoning and adjust, as needed. Enjoy!
