100% Greek sea salt originates from the salterns of Messolonghi.

Messolonghi salt is a natural sea salt, which has not undergone any processing other than washing to become edible. Collected by hand from the top of the fresh salt and dried in the sun, it is packed unprocessed without any purification or addition of chemicals. It is formed only during the hot summer days in the surface of the water, and it is removed using a wooden shovel. As it is not refined in any way, it preserves its natural characteristics.

Packaged in a stand-up, resealable bag for your convenience.

Available in a 1-ounce sampler size, 2 ounces, 4 ounces or 8 ounces (1/2 pound) in a variety of grains including: extra coarse grain, coarse grain, flake sea salt, fleur de sel and kosher, along with a smoked fine grain.
